advertised locally, nationally and internationally.
Furthermore, your property will be advertised (including
multiple photographs), twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week for as
long as it takes to sell. Advertising your property in
print media is also done on a regular basis.
Appointments will be arranged to your convenience through
centralized showing service (CSS) which allows you to receive
regular reporting of the activity on your property.
Home warranty plans are available while your home is on
the market as well as after closing for the buyer's benefit and
your protection.
